Join UNESCO and tell your Cities of Learning story – #LearningNeverStops
Schools and universities have closed in massive numbers around the world because of Covid-19. UNESCO is calling on students, teachers and parents to share their stories on their social media accounts about how they are coping and continuing to learn. Cities and Regions of Learning are ready to provide non formal learning opportunities for all during the lockdown. So at Cities of Learning platform – #LearningNeverStops. We – learners, learning providers and platform developers have our stories to share! Your testimonies will inspire others and give all of us hope.
Tips on how to to share your testimony with UNESCO

Questions for learners at the platform (please say your first name, age, city and country):

- Share your top three tips with others who are trying to provide learning to their target audiences at home.
Questions for City/Region platform developers (please say your first name, city/region of Learning and country):
- How Cities of Learning platform works for you and your city during the lockdown and beyond?
- What is the feedback you get from learning providers in your City of Learning during the lockdown?
- How is your platform helping young people to keep up with learning new skills and competences?

- Share your top three tips with other platform developers who are trying to transform the face-to-face learning process into online one.
Tips for recording your video (60 seconds maximum)
- Record in a well-lighted place, making sure the person who’s going to speak isn’t in the shade.
- Test the sound. Film for a few seconds and listen to the video to make sure the sound was good. If it isn’t, get closer to the person. Make sure there are no noises around you or other people speaking at the same time.
- The video will be cut to a square (1:1) format. Whether you film horizontal or vertical, make sure that the person is always in the center of your frame.
- Ask the person to repeat the question as she/he starts answering your question so that the viewers will know what she/he is going to be talking about right away.
Share your video on your social media account with the hashtags #LearningNeverStops #CitiesOfLearning #RegionsOfLearning and tag @UNESCO. Please note: hashtags do not work on Facebook. So it’s better if you upload your video on Youtube or Facebook (with tag) and then reshare on Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Twitter, TikTok using the hashtags
